1st Item in List not Clickable

I have a list of “Organizations” that the User is a member of. This list then populates just fine as seen in the photo. But the first option (on the left) refuses to be interacted with. However, the 2nd option (on the right) can be clicked without issue and of course the workflow works great from there. Anyone have any ideas, I have made sure all elements of the “panel”, which is the clickable container that has all of the specific Organizations data, are all set to be clickable and that no conditions or rules in the elements, containers, and workflows conflict with the clickability of the “panel”. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be much appreciated. The Workflows are super simple since the panels and information are tied to the parent. So there is only a single workflow for clicking on a panel, clicking on a Org Name, or clicking on the Org logo. This workflow simply redirects to a “dashboard” that is generalized for “Organizations”. The workflow send the Organizations information (from the panel that was clicked) to then populate that Organizations information in the “dashboard”. No multiple workflows. It’s almost as if an element is in front of the first panel keeping anything from interacting with it. The workflow you see below is the same workflow for all elements that can be clicked, but of course using the other elements as the trigger for the workflow.
