Need to do page level 301 redirect, Bubble’s 301 redirect is essentially useless.
I have dynamic urls, and they are on index page.
What is the optimal way of doing this any help is appreciated.

From urls are on index page it means they do exist. You can’t 301 bubble native from existing urls
