500 Internal Server Error, code "nginx" why?

my app (spays.bubbleapps.io)
is getting 500 internal server error.
Any potential reason why?

I’m in production plan, no billing issues, no domain issues.
Please help…!

I think something is up with Bubble recently. I’m also facing the same issue. I can’t view my version-test.
