hello it puts empty. im trying a lot of things i have thiss now. (the appdata readmision risk is working)
What is happening is that you are creating a new item and seems to work. Great, but later when you try to use that data, you are searching for the first item in your database. Probably that item is empty. You need to do the following:
Open AI Call → Create item → Display Data in a group → Use the parent data.

Change the group data to SocialAssesment and the data should display ok.
Just takes 1 min. … 4 days later.
