# Accepting credit cards through your app

Does anyone know how much it will cost for my app to take credit cards?

It depends on what payment processor you use, but it’s always a pay-per-transaction charge, usually between 3 and 5% depending on the vendor.

thanks I just looked at stripe and they are 2.9 plus .30 cents
