Add a list of objects with from a list of objects

I seem to be blanking. How can I add a list of objects from a responsive of a list of objects?
In this example I have 5 items that have come from some custom code. It is a simple text list of the title for 5 exercises.

From what is returned in the text list of workouts, I want to be able to find exercises and add them to the object. Is there a simple way to go about this?

I think you want Title Is In, rather than Title contains. As in, Give me the exercises where the exercise title is in the list of the exercises to do.
