Admin email not displaying correct email

Hello, I just discovered that my contact us email address is no longer displaying the email address I have set under the settings tab (and I have the redirect to the custom domain box checked). It was working fine for months now and now its showing up as

I can’t seem to get it to go back to the address I have set under settings. Does anyone know why and how to fix this?
