Hi , Im new in bubble but with small amount of skills I need advice how to create and join it together so:
My idea is ( admin sign in >pay order stripe> get acces to dasboard and got qr kod and reference link to sign in for guests just to entry to his dashboard)

each order/plan has got limit with guests which can ads photos, how to make that limit ??
when admin create a account has got a own dashboard with gallery photo which can upload and download .( i got it)
how to send a registration link to guests so they can register through it and have access to this one dashboard alsow thay can add photos too ?
what date i need create or options ? To split that between admin and guess
how to set the acces in dashboard between admin and guest what thay can do on page
Im still lerning how to understend way to fallow to create app

I am going to try to do my best at understanding what you are asking.

I think you mean that you only want certain guests to be able to access each order/plan. In that case, you would have to set up privacy rules correctly so that only the people that you want to see the order/plan can actually get access to it.

Again, this is related to privacy rules. They will need to get access by being invited to the dashboard. Briefly, you can do this by making sure that the user has a dashboard attached to their user. Then when they are viewing that dashboard, they can see and upload the data they need. Then when you invite the user, as one option, you can send them a link with the Dashboard Unique ID that you can add to the user so they can view the dashboard that they are supposed to be viewing. Does that make sense?

Do you mean data, not date? Not sure what you are asking on this question. Do you mean that you need to create an option set that has the different userTypes? You can make an option set and attach it to the user so you can assign them to be an Admin or a Guest. Then give them specific permissions based on that.

You might, as an idea, set up conditionals on the page so certain things can only be seen by the Admin or a Guest. You can also do this by page, a separate page for admins and guests. Just depends on what your goal is.

So make id dashbosrd for user and then make qr code with link to them but how set it by sign in page ? Or make 2 pages sign in for admin which pay and secend aign in for guest ?

Ok, for that, you would keep a list of all the users that they have invited. Then do a count each time before they invite the next one to see if they have reached their limit yet or not. Does that make sense?

The sign up page could change based on if there is a URL Parameter with the Unique ID. Or as another option, you can create the user for them and attach the Unique ID so then they wouldn’t be signing up, they would just log in instead.
