Hey everyone,
We have quite a bit of news for everyone
First off, we have moved Yesin, our former Customer Experience Coordinator to a newly created position, Community Manager. His main goal will be to ensure our community guidelines inside of our Discord Platform are being followed, and to assist the Customer Experience Team as needed.
That opened up a vacancy running our Customer Experience Team. Michelle, formerly Customer Experience Specialist who has been such a huge and active part in our support system, it was a no brainer to ask her to take that position.
Then, that left an open support position. We posted the job not too long ago, and already found a perfect match! Jake will be joining our crew as a Customer Experience Specialist!
