All things change based on modified date's values

I am new to bubble and am facing an issue with respect to setting up the data base such that each entry/user has it’s unique data stored. Everytime i access my webpage and sign in, my database gets refreshed based on latest entry. Could anyone help me with this?

This is how i create a new Data Type (known as tool)

Then i make changes to the fields of this tool this way :

However all the fields of this data type get changed based on recent entries:

Check the modified date. Can anyone help me with this?

What are you search constraints?

And also, why are you making changes to a list of tools? (Is that what you’re trying to do?)
