Already activate the geocode API and go LIVE but geocode doesnt work

Hi, i have this problem when i go live with my own domain. My gps system wont work even i already put on my geocode API key… i even activated the billing already…

Is it always takes time for google geocode API to activated? Or ive make mistake anywhere? Please help.
