Hi guys,
Did anyone find a way to make some nice transitions between swipes and elements pop in, outs and fades?
I think all these would make the app look so much nicer.
Thanks in advance!

This is something I’ve also been paying attention to while working around software projects with the Girmairi team.
One thing I’ve noticed with mobile UX in general is that there’s a fine line between making transitions feel polished and making the app feel slower. Once too many elements are fading, sliding or popping at the same time, the experience can actually start feeling heavier rather than better.
For what you’re trying to do, I’d probably keep the animations very small at first:
I’d also build one transition first and reuse the same behaviour throughout the app rather than giving every screen a different animation style.
I’m curious about this as well though; especially with Bubble native mobile still evolving. Has anyone found a clean way to handle these transitions without relying on a lot of custom work?
I created a native mobile plugin which will do some of this, it may help you out.
It’s a paid plugin of course but I don’t mind granting anyone’s app access so you can simply install it for free to test it out.
hey adig, this is actually pretty well covered now. there’s a native mobile animation plugin that supports fades, slides, pop-ins etc:
Animation (native mobile) Plugin
not promoting it or affiliated with the plugin btw, just came across it and thought it might help. the dev also mentioned he can grant free access for testing, so worth giving it a shot.
