Announcing Buildprint AI: Build on Bubble with Claude Code and Codex 🎉

I just bought Linear because of Buildprint, I used clickup then plane, and mannnn Linear is nice. Can we have a feature req board somewhere for Buildprint? I have more ideas

Current list:

  • webhooks for the technical and product changelog
  • queryparam support for the web ui’s prompt input box (so in Linear, I can add a custom issue coding url that can add in the issue context when i click open in Buildprint)
  • ms teams integrations (like slack)

Buildprint down for maintenance 8am-10am UTC tomorrow to improve some agent sandbox related stuff

Back to bubbling by hand

Or use Buildprint CLI to use your own agent outside of Buildprint web

Just connected Buildprint to Codex/Claude Code Desktop, gives me a few hours to dive in. Thanks for the heads up.

@georgecollier will the API be updated to accept the new Radar options?

No, API + automations is kinda shitty atm so while it’s offered as-is, it’ll be overhauled with breaking changes in future

What are you trying to do that Radar doesn’t already let you do built in?

Buildprint now shows changes in an easy to understand UI.

Integrate custom MCPs with Buildprint

Buildprint now supports integrating MCP servers into Buildprint Web. You can connect almost any MCP provider.

Popular MCPs include Github, Slack, Gmail, Google Docs and more.

For security, we have removed support for shared ‘write’ conversations. i.e, if you share a conversation with a team member, they will be able to read it but not send messages (else they may be able to use your MCP connections).

Read-only guest support removed

We’re removing support for non-billable read-only guests from September 1st. This is mainly because not many people use the feature, and it’s kind of hard to understand. This simplifies the billing. Any affected workspaces receive an email.

It has come to my attention I haven’t actually explained the cool parts of custom MCPs in Buildprint

  • Figma to Bubble and Bubble to Figma is now a thing
  • Connect Slack and Buildprint will implement features based on your team’s slack requests
  • Connect Github and Buildprint will be able to see any custom code you’re working with in the application
  • Connect Google docs and it’ll produce persistent documentation
  • Connect your Intercom helpdesk and update your public docs or resolve user tickets
  • Connect to ClickUp to manage your project
  • Connect to Stripe to investigate payment issues
  • etc

It’s a really cool feature. It would be nice that we can select the language for all the explanations. I have no problem with english, but I’d rather to have it in my mother tongue language. :stuck_out_tongue:

FYI: Received confirmation that Buildprint does count as a qualifying agency collaborator after 50+ days because it is classified as an agency user/seat. So it does get agency revenue attribution

@georgecollier Recently I’ve noticed that using Opus in a session tends to stall after 30 mins or so. I’m forced to start a new session. It was working well a few days ago.

So does that mean as an agency, if I use Buildprint on a client project, my agency loses half of its attribution? This could keep my agency from potentially moving from silver tier to gold tier as bubble would be attributing less revenue to my agency?

Historically, Bubble has excluded the Buildprint account from revenue attribution. But old agency partnerships lead left so that may be changing

Not sure about historical attribution & it depends on how long you’ve had Buildprint connected to an app, but yes, correct. I believe they are looking into making an exception going forward, will report once I hear back.

Just used Buildprint CLI with Claude Code in my IDE to generate super detailed help docs for my app:

All hands off. Cannot imagine not using Buildprint in 2026. @georgecollier is a frickin legend.

wait til bubblescript is released and you get one shots like this

MCP connectors are cracked, idk if this was possible before but loving using Linear esp with Buildprint

Previously Linear was read only

You can still @Linear issues in message composer though which is nice

I have done several merges to live since the radar feature was released but am not getting the changelogs (I am requesting the techincal and product changelog on each merge to live). I am using both the slack channel integration and email. I work primarily with the CLI (v 4.3.1) via Codex. Any suggestions?

Does your Bubble app grant live version access to the Buildprint collaborator?
