Anybody used AnnotatorJS with bubble?

I have a project where user will click on a word in a large text block and at this point we embed a marker, style the text with CSS using annodatorjs library and create a bubble database entry for reference… The user can then click on the db record to locate the text or click on the text marker to highlight the db record. Does this sound feasible ?
