Anyone else not getting warning emails when their Starter Plan trial is about to end?
Bubble used to send at least 24 hours notice and I haven’t got that in months of spinning up various trials - and yes I’ve been burned when they silently start charging me.
I’ve talked to support, where I get the standard legalese form letter about how trials work blah blah blah but they also say that it’s a known problem and their engineering team is working on it.
@fede.bubble: less AI and more fixing basic, basic, basic, basic, fundamental things that affect credit cards and trust in Bubble please.
Yes, nothing in spam.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Have you tried submitting a ticket to support about this?
Yep! At least twice!
Same response each time: it’s my fault but also it’s a known bug, but my fault still.
I love Bubble but I wish you’d fix these annoying bugs. It’s normal to spin up trials to try ideas and it’s normal to forget about them. I used to by able to rely on Bubble to notify me that the trial was coming to an end. But now, it silently charges my card and upgrades me with no notifications.
It certainly erodes trust in the platform for me

Oh interesting – I don’t ever think I’ve gotten a trial ending email. I only really know when the trial ends when it charges my card for the subscription
Yep, you used to get an email like this:
It wouldn’t tell you what app, of course, as that would be useful, but it was better than nothing to remind you that you had at least one app that was about to charge your card.
@fede.bubble this is what I put in multiple support tickets about before. Still not fixed.
