Anyone know how I can do this in bubble

The Gray part is a group (with fill as a background image)
The white group (with drop shadow) will have elements inside

Im not sure how to go about doing it, I would like the elements to be responsive too if the page grows or shrinks, does anyone know how I can achieve this?

You would have a column group with two groups inside. You would then need to apply a negative top margin to the bottom group. That should get you started. If the bottom group is displaying under the top group, right click the bottom group and select “bring to front.”
