Anyone know of a Ticker type Bubble plugin?

Been looking for a Ticker type plugin, that auto scrolls content horizontally.

Something like the below but built into Bubble + can display images:

So far have looked for a plugin but no luck. Anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks!
