App appearing in chinese on google search result

My bubble website is appearing in Chinese in google search result:

The settings all say english. I have never changed any language settings.

Nothing on my laptop is set to Chinese, and this is happening on multiple devices so unlikely to be a device setting.

I’ve created bubble apps before and never seen this.
