Hi there, @vsafetyalliance… because you mentioned users, privacy rules immediately come to mind. The issue could be related to privacy rules, and specifically [this rule](http://forum.bubble.io/t/new-ish-to-bubble-and-not-seeing-user-data-you-are-expecting-to-see/200842).
