What do you think if your application goes into production and customers use it and it goes offline for 3 days? The only information that Bubble Support sends is that it is analyzing the issue and has no forecast for a solution?

Awe man, that stinks. Sorry to hear. Bubble Support definitely needs to hire more people or something. I hope they help soon.

Sorry about the downtime! I checked with the support team and they said you have messages from them about escalating your case to our engineering team

I appreciate the feedback, but this is the same response I’ve been getting since the app stopped until today, let’s go to day 4. Honestly, it’s unfortunate that this happens with a platform that is designed so that we don’t have to worry about it.
I’ve been using bubble since 2021, and since then I’ve never reported anything. The first time I needed it, I already had this bad experience in addition to the financial loss.
Isn’t that a canned response you get with most support cases…

So far, the app is still down. Could you get a response from support? They don’t answer me anymore.
most support tickets go no where
in about 3/4s of the cases support tickets end in “we’ve escalated the issue to another team” and then radio silence. I’ve never once had that mystery team reply back with a solution or a bug fix.

What do you mean by down? Unable to load a page at all? Can’t work in the editor?
We managed to restore it today. At this moment in fact.
