App freezes on splash screen after first install (Android & iOS)

After installing the published live app and opening it for the first time from Google Play / App Store, the app freezes on the splash screen and does not load further.

Workaround:

If I close the app and open it again, it works normally.

Devices tested:

  • Samsung S23 (Android)

  • Samsung S10 (Android)

  • Samsung A35 (Android)

  • Pixel (Android)

  • iPhone 15 Pro (iOS)

  • iPhone 16 Pro (iOS)
