App performance optimization

Hi all,

Have just finished up building the beta of my product.

I would like to get a second set of eyes on the workflow structure and database structure to ensure everything is optimized for performance and scaling.

Does anyone have experience with performance optimization, and be available to take a look and see if they could speed things up a bit?
