App store submission rejected! When user doesn't allow camera access, following pop-up has "no translation" text

When user doesn’t allow camera access, following pop-up has “no translation” text:

I checked in the languages section and I don’t have any (no translation) items in the MOBILE section.

This is blocking my app’s approval on the Apple App Store.

Thank you!

I’m having the same issues with the purpose string/ text!

@nick.carroll I believe this is a bug that is preventing the correct purpose text puling through. Can this be raised with urgency as it’s stopping apps being released on iOS.

@nick.carroll see what the app store tester see isn’t what I have in the MOBILE text inputs:

from the tester: “One or more purpose strings in the app do not sufficiently explain the use of protected resources. Purpose strings must clearly and completely describe the app’s use of data and, in most cases, provide an example of how the data will be used.”

Thanks for your help!

App text() is a must-have. Not sure why it’s still not implemented…

Have you submitted a bug report yet for the caption copy not actually being used in the app?

Yes I sent a bug report to support@bubble.io

Gotcha - we’ll be following up there!

Can we have an indication when this will be resolved & deployed?

How can I see progress on a ticket usually? Is it only via emails?

Thanks!

The Bubble team fixed this!

Hey just curious did you log a ticket for this? I still haven’t heard back. Thanks

Yes, it was fixed from my side, and I was able to push the app to the Apple app store. I had to publish a new build
