App text for Multiple Language support

I need to understand the availability of the App Text feature. Is it only available in the paid version?
If we use App Text, it will only help with the static data of the app. What about the dynamic data pulled from the database, and user input data — if users store information within the app?

In the free plan, there is no option of having more than one language ?

As for dynamic data pulled from the database or user input, you’ll need to handle those translations separately since the App Text feature primarily focuses on static content.
