Idk what’s going on over there but it seems there are daily server issues.
Our app is stuck on the app load page and won’t progress.
It’s becoming a running joke that you’re making us pay for this starting this week.
please get your act together.

Is it stuck on the update_app view or loading screen?
Stuck on splash screen, happening to all my users. We need a fix asap

The migration is running to move your app over to its new mobile plan, you should be unblocked any moment now
I did an OTA deploy and after that everything worked fine.
Has anyone solved it? The app is still blocked here! And the morning is starting in Italy!
I also solved it fortunately with an OTA preventing users from noticing, but what the hell! No one communicated it! @Fede.bubble how do you explain this?

looks like the mobile team deployed some fixes today, sorry for the headaches.
Nick - when users first download the app - they get stuck on the loading screen. They have to restart the app again in order to get by it.
I had same problem and after new build works fine!
has this been fixed?
