Are the times in the Workload Usage chart exactly accurate?

Simple question: Are the minute-by-minute times in the WU chart (Hour) exactly corresponding to the times for each workflow in the Server Log? I have my doubts. It seems very hard to see a big spike at a specific time and then link it to actions at that exact minute in the server logs.
If this isn’t an exact correspondence, finding the cause of spikes is way harder.

And the biggest WU usage seems to be Fetching Data, which is very hard to link to any specific action. Can Bubble do something to help us see what actions are causing the Fetching Data searches?
