Attach a PDF on send email function

Hi guys,

I’m trying to link a PDF to the “send email” function in the workflow section, but I can’t figure out how to do it. From the “link a file” option, I want to link an external PDF.

Can you help me?

What do you mean by external PDF? Isn’t it saved in your database?

Hello @boxypark.services! I’m going to give you two prints, one is the screen where you save and generate the link, for the second print screen where clicking on the link will open the PDF, is this the idea that you need your customers to open PDF?

yes, i should be able to attach the pdf to to an email on the workflow, and the user automatically can open the PDF on the email, the problem is that i don’t know how to do it, i don’t find any video on the internet, or maybe i didn’t find them :sweat_smile:
