Attach a PDF on send email function

Hi guys,

I’m trying to link a PDF to the “send email” function in the workflow section, but I can’t figure out how to do it. From the “link a file” option, I want to link an external PDF.

Can you help me?

What do you mean by external PDF? Isn’t it saved in your database?

yes, i should be able to attach the pdf to to an email on the workflow, and the user automatically can open the PDF on the email, the problem is that i don’t know how to do it, i don’t find any video on the internet, or maybe i didn’t find them
