Auto-update problem - network or application?

For the last 1 month, the auto-update in my bubble application hasn’t been working.

Without manually refreshing the page, the user does not see any other user input on the page. This was not the case before.
Is this a network issue, a Bubble update issue or an application issue?

If you need a more detailed explanation of my application, please ask.

Maybe you can provide a short record of your screen (using tools like loom) to let us and even Bubble guys check what is the possible issue.

Thank you for your advice, @Newed .

I’d like to show the problem via video, but the issue doesn’t occur when using the same devices/browsers.
Therefore, I can’t record the problem.
I don’t think it’s a bug in our code, because this issue occurs in several apps.

Let me explain the problem in detail.
These are simple applications where multiple users enter their answers
and are then taken to a page where they can see everyone’s results.
However, sometimes the results page does not sync automatically.

In the input area, a device sends data to a database.
On the same page, the data is supposed to sync quickly, allowing everyone to see the new data.
Previously, the data synced very quickly.
However, now, not all the data is being synced.
This issue occurs regardless of the PC/mobile or browser used.

For example, when 30 people use our app, some on PCs and others on mobiles, using browsers like Safari or Chrome, about 5 of them experience syncing issues.
When they reload the page, the problem is resolved, but I don’t think this is the expected behavior.

This problem is more likely to occur when results are sent from different devices, but I believe these issues are not specific to any device or browser.

Is this data created in the backend?

If yes, I’ve got bad news for you.

Please, please report it here: Bug Report | Bubble

You can copy and paste your message here and just link this thread. But they’ve stopped investigating this issue because they can’t find it which isn’t good enough, as it’s still happening and still affecting live apps.

I’m seeing this also in some of my apps. Especially if the repeating group is hidden when the action is taken.
