AWS Issues not Bubble

AWS is having issues. Just so you all know. It’s not Bubble.

Maybe Bubble can still do a workaround to fix it?

Basically the internet is down

Experiencing problems with lots of apps, but actually Bubble’s been working fine for me. I’m sure it’s not the same for everyone though.

Yeah. I just didn’t want people yelling at bubble when it’s not their fault this time.

I guess we’ll see how things develop. I would imagine we would be impacted by now if we were at risk but who knows

Hey @fede.bubble, I raised a support ticket regarding this for my app, but I think I should post it here as well. Because of the outage, I’m literally blowing through workload units for forces out of my control. My app usually consumes 20,000 workload units per day, but I just went through 15,000 in the last hour.

I submitted to the ideaboard this solution:

I think for this outage there are a lot of people’s apps affected by outages out of their control. For PR purposes but also as a general policy, I think that Bubble should offer some relief when the server gets slammed and our apps run through workload units for forces out of our control. I hope that you can find the solution so that you walk the fine line between not eating unnecessary costs, but also offering relief to app owners.

I have had this happen in the past during other outages, I understand things happen, and I was happy to eat the cost myself at those times, but this outage seems especially serious.

Appreciate your feedback and consideration. Thanks!

@fede.bubble Also, here are some screenshots so you can visualize how much I am getting affected:
