My backend is completely down! No server-side actions are working properly. API calls and data handled on the frontend, which should be processed by the backend, are incomplete. The Bubble status shows no issues. Is this only happening to me?

Hi @loreno ,

Try to view your logs and see if things are working or its just some conditionals/ workflows. Also ensure it is not some bug you accidentally missed. Happens to all of us.

In case everything still looks good, submit a bug report and contact support.
Hope you are able to figure it out!

Same here - Since yesterday, I specifically have had issues with workflows triggered after a file upload. They just wouldnā€™t run, or the file wouldnā€™t attach to a thing. Issues might be related.

I do have very weird non-consistent results from Dev backend workflows. Havenā€™t been able to figure out if it is me (which it normally is) or not.

@christina.sandberg Iā€™m experiencing the exact same issue! I noticed that nothing running in the backend of the test version works!

Same here until yesterday night. Today, neither works for me.

I sent an email last night hoping it would be working this morning, but nothingā€¦

Yes, although I sent the bug request because of my FileUploader not working properly (but thatā€™s most probably the same root cause). I also linked to this thread, they said they will look into it 4 hours ago.

I feel like I am completely lost. Maybe it is better to skip any development today.

How long have you been without the backend? Are you without the live version as well?
I couldnā€™t leave it for the morningā€¦ Bubble was doing so well lately, and now Iā€™m facing this problem with no prospect of adjustments. This is very serious.

Live looks fine - otherwise I guess we would have heard more screams here.

Again - I am not 100% certain it is bubble-error as I have been focusing on a specific task which I am not 100% certain on how to best achieve. At some point it worked like I wanted - and then the next moment it didnā€™t.

Now there are several more people noticing an error with backend. I just had a moment where my workflow worked for Test Version. I pushed to live and didnā€™t work in live. Then tested again on Test Version and stopped functioning. My application (thatā€™s reliant on people uploading stuff) is literally down for a day now because of these issuesā€¦

Has anyone had the problem solved? Itā€™s still the same here, and Iā€™m starting to get into desperation mode :hot_face:.

For those who are only facing the issue in the test version, do you know if updating the live version will bring the problem from the main backend to the live environment?

The problem really isnā€™t on my end. Something happened with Bubble, and Iā€™ve been dealing with this issue for over 24 hours now. Is everything working fine with your Bubble?

Yes. All the apps along with backend workflows seem to be working as expected on all branches
