Backend Workflows Bad Practice?

Hi!

We have a simple CRM for patients in a clinic.

We are planning to use backend workflows to send reminders to patients after 60 days of their last appointment.

However, would this be a bad practice if Bubble maintains 60 days a workflow “on hold” before sending the email of each patient? I mean, would this heavily affect the performance of our app by having hundreds of workflows “on hold” during 60 days?
