Backend workflows disappeared

In app editor disappeared possibility to switch to the tab with backend workflows also tried to click right mouse button by schedule api workflow action → edit workflow move to index page and dont show choiced backend workflow actions. Is it bug or new update of editor?

In Settings’ API tab, ensure you enabled backend workflows.
