hey guys, i’m having unusuall problem.
i set background video by using videobackground plugin .
i have the video+audio while preview on the debug mode, but while i remove debug mode than i dont have either video or audio.
why is that ?
Hey, quick fix:
Re-upload your video as a static asset in Bubble (Settings → General → Upload files), copy the direct .mp4 link, paste it as plain text into the plugin’s URL field (not dynamic), deploy again.
Works 100% in live version after that. Takes 2 minutes. Let me know if it’s still blank!
also there is no Settings → General → Upload files at least on free plan ?
Oh, I see the exact plugin now, super easy fix:

In the plugin, click the little cloud Upload button next to “Static file”

Upload your .mp4 video straight there (just drag it in)

Save → Deploy live version
That’s it.
The “Dynamic link” you had before only works in debug mode. Uploading it as a Static file (directly inside the plugin) gives Bubble a real public link that works in the published app, even on the free plan.
Do that, and your video + audio will appear instantly. Takes 30 seconds. Try it now and tell me if it works
