First time user here. I have a bunch of content in an external database that I can input into the bubble database, but adding new content to buble is much less user friendly it seems. It’s much easier to work in google sheets or something when adding a new row of content for example. Is the best practice to add new rows/content directly into bubble or to use an external database for that?
- Export the data into a csv.
- Create the table and corresponding fields for data.
- Then go to the Data tab, App data and click Upload button. and follow instructions to upload data and match to the proper fields
NOTE: if you want this external DB in prod make sure you upload it in live/prod environment.

Is it possible to have an auto-connection or is it always a manual upload?
Of course it’s possible. You’d want to connect with a API or Zapier if you want to use Google Sheets etc. But you don’t want to maintain 2 DBs! (I think).
