Best practices? data-field Confirm-email with yes/no?

I know you can ask for email verificaiton on sign-up, but do you need to add it as a data-type under User. Confirm-email as “yes/no”

So once they confirm and trigger from no to yes, it will let them use all the functions of your application?

About the field triggering from no to yes, that action doesn’t control whether or not a user has access to the features and functionality of your application, and this thread has more details.
