Which are the best tools to send SMS and WhatsApp messages?
I only know about Twilio. Are there any apart from this?
Don’t pay third party services to send sms. You can use email.
All carriers have a gateway. Let’s take for instance ATT.
You could send an sms to someone with an att device by sending an email to [email protected]

The thing is I will not know which carrier the number is from in prior, and in India there are a lot of them. Which is why I wanted to opt for third party services.
Also, In future I would like to send messages in whatsapp
