Best way to get a button/text over a full screen image when your page is a row/column

Hi,
Want to create a hero image at the top of my page with a button and text over it but it’s not possible unless you choose a Fixed setting for your page. Can anyone share a work around? Thanks

use minus margins like top margin -24 to button

Make a group and set background as image for hero image, layout is align to parent, then add button and Tex inside that group
