I’m working on an app with users who:

  1. Don’t complete their subscription and drop off before the paywall
  2. Cancel after their free trial
  3. Become members and complete their purchase

I’m struggling with how to create onboarding, nurture, and retention emails for these groups. I’m using EmailOctopus as my marketing email solution. What’s the best way to integrate these users into my email marketing streams?

Is creating an API connection between EmailOctopus and Bubble the only automated option? Would this significantly increase the WU (Workflow Units) numbers?

I’m curious how others have implemented these email workflows with Bubble. Any insights or experiences you could share would be incredibly helpful!

I personally use loops and I use the Loops condition whenever there’s a new contact added to my account and when I send an event for onboarding and different touchpoints
