@Bubble If someone cancels his subsription (billed annualy) for one app, can he get refund (prorated of course) ?
A version 2 is shipped and my client wish to transfer his credits from V1 to V2.
@neerja I have a similar scenario. If I make a v2 of client’s app (that’s currently billed at annual personal plan rate) can credit be transferred from v1 app to v2 app so that v2 app would be at the personal plan rate with 6 months credit? If so, I assume we would just contact support when the v2 app is ready to make the credit transfer?
