Blocked range of dates

Continuing the discussion from [FREE Plugin] Air Date/Time Picker:

I will explain my need in example to be easier to understand.
I have a few cars that can be rented. I want to define range of dates for each of the cars, when it can not be rented (blocked).
I want user to select range od dates for rent and by that filter out those cars which are blocked at desired dates. Can this be done?

I can do it using single block date but not ranges of days.

Yes it can be done. You might need a plugin. I have a plugin that can be used to accomplish this.

The “Blocked Dates” field requires a list of dates and doesn’t accept ranges. Unfortunately, you can’t specify a range for blocking specific dates in the Air Date/Time Picker element.

A suggestion would be to save the range as a list of dates, however we are not able to provide a solution on how to achieve it at this time!

You can check the plugin recommended by @boston85719. They say it supports blocking dates using ranges!

Yes it’s possible. I have built this using only the BEP calendar plugin that gives a list of calendar dates and a repeating group. Its extremely complicated though.
