Hello there’s a lot of factors at play when you optimize SEO performance. It’s not as simple as simply trying to submit a sitemap. There could be backlinks, relevance of content, etc.
Heads up, Bubble is also not that optimized for SEO but that doesn’t mean it’s the only reason why your website is not showing up on Google.

As a starting point, register your web-site at Google Search Console - https://search.google.com/search-console/
You will see how Google is actually indexed your website and rank it.
