Newly created app, haven’t done anything with it and it’s missing the standard Header/Footer reusable elements. I saw another topic with the same issue but it was closed without actually solving the problem.

It is pretty much a standard thing now, when creating a new app which automatically is created on the newest responsive engine.
While at it, all the reusable elements (header, footer, signup/login and boilerplate index page) by default are not available anymore. It is a clean app which you can start configuring to your liking.
If you don’t like recreating these reusables from scratch, good thing is that you can pretty much copy/paste them from another app; just open both app editors in same browser in different tabs logged under same account and copy and paste those elements between apps.
However if elements have styles or workflows applied you’ll need to copy them as well.
Also there may some design issues regarding the different responsive engine if one app uses old engine and new app is on newest responsive engine.
