I’m trying to build a mobile app with 2 features, Im building one myself in bubble and I want to hire one developer to develop the 2nd feature. Is it possible to combine the 2 features or they have to be done together either in bubble or not?

Depends the features, and what is done in Bubble and outside of Bubble. Bubble API endpoints can help connect Bubble backend to other outside development, but again, it depends on what the features are.
