Bubble App Open Error Message

My app is in good standing with Bubble, yet I had a client send me this screenshot from opening my app this morning. It fixed itself upon a refresh, but has anyone else had this issue? Not a good look for my company if this happens with paying clients who depend on the platform to host their events.

My payment due date is not even until February, and my account is all paid. See images.
