Having the same issue as yourself with the Stripe API tokenizing in the test environment right before the live.

Fix for the banner issue / data update is live now: anyone still seeing issues on this?

@gf_wolfer, if you’re still having trouble with Stripe, that’s likely unrelated since the major fix is out, let us know

Okay I got one.
I suspect you’re using the stripe.js plugin since you have the same error so the issue is that the card is being tokenized in the test environment first and invalidating it for the live. So just delete you API keys for the test environment and then it won’t be able to

The Bubble one was broken for me but looks to be fixed now. I think the issue was across more of the APIs

@eve is there a way to get notified of major bugs like this? I’m subscribed to status updates - but major issues like this don’t make it to me. It’s tough when you don’t have access to the forum and users are complaining.

The best way at the moment is to contact our team – emailing us at support@bubble.io is a good way to reach us in addition to the forum. It’s extremely difficult for us to gauge what is and is not affecting a large number of apps unless we see these sorts of threads and reports, and usually it’s easier to just roll out a fix!
