You should contact sales for specifics but from what I know it starts at around $4,500/mo on an annual contract

People have been asking that of them for around 4-5 years nowā¦I donāt think they have fully focused on it as there have been some pretty crucial and highly beneficial updates to UI that have taken place over that same time that may have been a higher priority issueā¦

Someone on their executive team needs to understand, no matter how beautiful the platform is, if the platform canāt be trusted, people will stop using it.
Totally agree and Iāve transmitted that sentiment internally.
The engineering platform team has some huge milestones coming up this year that should make things way nicer for everyone (less down time for you, faster development for them).
Donāt want to promise fairy dust or anything, just pointing out that we internally arenāt happy either when we hit these rough patches
I also asked the team to elaborate a bit more on the status page so everyone benefits from the transparency of knowing what happened. You should check it out (the postmortems)

So something must be going on with the server because all of my items have been flashing and disapearing every couple seconds making it nearly impossible to work. It resets the focus and as im typing a condition in and deleting letters or conditions its deleting the object ive selectedā¦ cmon
And now, my app just constantly says the page has been updated and needs to be refreshed
