I’m Georgiadis. I build two things that usually end up plugged into each other: backend-heavy Bubble applications, and the AI systems that feed them (lead gen, enrichment, outreach, and CRM routing).
Most recent build is Signal Scout, a three-agent n8n system for a US client, rolling out now. It pulls net-new companies from Apollo, enriches them, detects buying signals across a set of signal families, drafts outreach through GoHighLevel and HeyReach, and routes enriched contacts with verified phone numbers into the CRM. The point of it is that reps stop prospecting and only ever touch accounts that already showed intent.

On the Bubble side, 3+ years of production work, mostly the parts that are hard to see:
HXAI CREATE, built for HP. A generative AI text-to-3D platform where users prompt a character, customize it, and order it as a physical 3D print. I built the Bubble application, the AI integrations (Stability AI, OpenAI, Tripo), and the multi-step order flow.
DesignPro Marketplace. Subscription platform connecting clients with design agencies. Full Stripe Connect, subscription and payout webhooks, and a three-role permission system.
ContractorMate. Roofing operations system covering lead capture, project tracking, and financial reporting.
What I’m usually brought in for: complex workflows and conditional logic, database architecture that survives growth, Stripe (Connect, subscriptions, webhooks, payouts), AI API integration into real product flows, and role-based access. Tooling on the automation side is n8n, Lindy, Make, Apollo, HeyReach, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot.
