just to give you an idea, good bubble developers have hourlies from 60-120 per hour.
by requiring code knowledge and computer science degrees you are already taking 80% of potential applicatants out of the equation/ highering your standards.
So even at 5000 a month/60,000 gbp a year this will be hard to sell as at 60 per hour after 100 hours you already have 6000 a month.
effectively your offer is selecting for everyone outside of europe and northern america whereas the best talent from outside those continents will be working with clients in europe/northern america already. if you are fine with that, then good luck.
