Bubble Down Aug 6 - Mega Thread

Hi I have already bought a template and designed an app. Also I have few other free templates in my app page . But suddenly this morning I couldn’t open my app, it gives me this error message.

Also when I login into my bubble app, I cannot view any of the templates.

This problem is there for around an hour.

Me also. status.bubble.io says that everything is still up and running. Here is a screenshot of what I am getting:

It says that I have two apps, but i am unable to preview them. When I click on build and click on the latest app where I recently left off, I am gtting “Sorry, we ran into a temporary bug and can’t complete your request. We’ll fix it as soon as we can; please try again in a bit!”

George, youve had an opinion on every single thread about this outage. Do you really think, we have time to follow your rules and complaints when we have clients yelling at us for an outage and not a single word from anyone at Bubble. Its not hard to send an email or update a status page. Seems like you have more time on your hands to respond to everything single thread than others.

I do, because I can’t work on my client’s projects because of the downtime

I don’t work for Bubble - I’m the same as you in that I want updates on outages and for Bubble to improve reliability.

Trust me when I say that you’ll find a lot more utility from the forum when it’s actually organised. That’s how, when Bubble does post an (overdue) update, people will actually get notified.

This error appeared and It is not possible to access the app or create an app.
Does anyone know how to resolve this error method?
